NYS DEC Permit Approval for Eurasian Milfoil
The NYS DEC has issued permits for the application of the herbicide ProcellaCOR to address Eurasian Milfoil. The permits were issued for Lakewood, Ellery and North Harmony. NYS DEC only approved 115 of 362 (32%) of the acres requested. North Harmony officials opted out for the herbicide application. The maps identifying where the herbicide will be applied today, June 14, 2023 are shown in the links below:

Very disappointing, but the plan is apply what was approved by the NYS DEC and local officials.
