The DEC continues to say there will be no change and that we are overreacting. If that is the case, then why designate wetlands in the lake? We want any of their promises to be documented in the regulations. If it isn’t, they can change their position at will because the regulation is so broad and vague.
The CLP is working on plans to keep this issue upfront. We will be relying on you heavily too. The DEC needs to hear from many, loud and clear about our concerns.
