About 50% of the intended areas were treated on June 17, 2026. Sections 8, 19 and 20 on the west shore of Burtis Bay, and sections 22 & 23 along the Elmhurst/Greenhurst shoreline were treated with ProcellaCOR on June 17, 2026.
CN zone 1, within the Celoron marinas, was also treated with Komeen Descend for weed growth.
By 2:00, the winds were too severe to continue treatment.
Plans are to complete the application on the first good day during the week of 6/29.
