The Chautauqua Lake Fishing Association (CLFA) provided the CLP with a generous donation of $2500. The CLFA understands the value of controlling invasive weeds in the lake. Herbicide naysayers will falsely state that fishermen like the invasive weeds. While fishing in and among native weeds is good, fishing in areas where invasive weeds are prolific makes it very difficult to fish. The CLP is grateful for the support of the Chautauqua Lake Fishing Association and continues to work for a healthy lake.
